Signup Questions
- I never received my signup email.
Make sure you check your "spam" folder, and that you are allowing emails from signup@sifakaproductions.com. If you still cannot locate the email, request a new one..
- I forgot my username or password.
If you still have your signup email, check there first - it contains your login info. If that doesn't work, you can request a password reminder.
- Nothing happens when I click "Login".
You may have a popup blocker enabled. For instructions on how to enable popups in Internet Explorer, please visit this link. You should be able to fix the problem by any of the following methods:
a) Add "world.sifakaworld.com" to your allowed web sites
b) Reduce your popup blocker level to "medium"
c) Use the control key to override the popup blocker when logging in to Sifaka World. - How do I become a member?

- How do I cancel my account?

Chat Questions
- I can't chat / how do I get open chat?
In order to get open chat, you need to activate your account using the link in your signup email. Didn't receive your signup email? Check this question.
- How do I change my chat preference?
To change your chat preference, please contact us from the email address you registered with. Write to contact(at)sifakaproductions.com and include your username and new chat preference.
- How do I use safe chat?
To send a safe chat message, use the talk bubble icon in your Sifaka World toolbar. Choose your message from the menu to have your avatar speak it.
- Why am I banned?
If you have been banned from Sifaka World, you probably broke one of our rules. Bans can be as short as 24 hours, or as long as 1 week depending on the offense. Repeat offenders or serious bad behavior can result in a permanent ban.
